Workday Configuration Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Consultant to join our Global HR Experience Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and managing Workday, our HRIS system, to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Workday to meet business requirements
  • Develop and implement new configuration and reporting solutions
  • Oversee data integrity to ensure accurate reporting
  • Lead day-to-day operational improvements
  • Partner with clients to translate business requirements into technical design
  • Advise clients on Workday HCM product suite and other HR-related systems
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Workday, with hands-on configuration experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management Information System, or related field
  • Knowledge and experience within core Workday HCM, absence management, recruitment, and/or compensation
  • Proven ability to work independently and build a team-oriented environment
