**Job Summary**

Strescon Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Services Technician to join our team. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, alignment, and finalization of components on construction job sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the installation, alignment, and finalization of components on construction job sites.
  • Generate and submit daily reports, summarizing work activities and field variance reports.
  • Prepare the worksite for installation, reviewing construction drawings, surveying the job site, laying out the building, and planning the lifts.
  • Participate in on-site planning meetings.
  • Interact with customers, internal teammates, and onsite representatives.
  • Track and enter work hours and submit for approval.
  • Ensure personal and crew safety in accordance with government and company standards.

**Technical Requirements:**

  • Completion of a post-secondary technical college program in civil, mechanical, building engineering, carpentry, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read a measuring tape and construction drawings.

**Business Requirements:**

  • Ability to handle physically demanding work outside and on construction job sites.
  • Fall arrest and rigging training considered an asset; will be provided otherwise.
  • Previous hands-on construction experience is an asset.
  • Travel to various work sites, as required.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights.
  • Overtime, as required.
