Liquor Store Supervisor Job Description

Bear Creek Liquor Store Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in community programs that support newcomers, youth, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
