Liquor Store Supervisor Job Description

Sullivan Liquor Store Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our liquor store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Sell merchandise and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform same duties as sales workers supervised, including sales floor coverage and customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales. Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
