Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including promoting our products and services to customers.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Proficient in MS Office and point of sale systems.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending. You will also be required to work in a physically demanding environment, with exposure to heat, cold, and other elements.
