Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including promoting our products and services to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and point of sale systems.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
