Key Responsibilities
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
  • Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure freshness and presentation
  • Weigh meats for sale with accuracy and efficiency
  • Grind meats to meet customer requests
  • Slice cooked meats to order
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to meet customer expectations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer demands
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
