We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Snug Cove General Store. As a key member of our grocery team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meats to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
- Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure freshness and presentation.
- Weigh meats for sale and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Grind meats to order and slice cooked meats for customer convenience.
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers.
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to meet customer expectations.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
