About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Processor to join our team at Snug Cove General Store. As a key member of our grocery store team, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, as well as wrapping and packaging prepared meats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Weigh meats for sale
- Grind meats
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 40 hours per week
