About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Swish Maintenance Limited. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances, to provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
