Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at Swish Maintenance Limited. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
