Job Summary

Swish Maintenance Limited is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Software: Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
