Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at A&W. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Food and Beverage Quality: Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary items.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotion efforts, including social media, advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
