Food Service Operations Manager

Let's Sushi is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain customers
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
