Equipment Services Coordinator Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Equipment Services Coordinator to support a large fast-food restaurant chain hybrid at their corporate home office in North Vancouver.

The Equipment Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing value and maintaining high customer service to company operators through equipment estimates and procurement, expediting and problem-solving on equipment, décor, and signage orders for new and existing restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service by providing knowledgeable, accurate, and timely information and direction on equipment, signage, and decor inquiries and problem resolution to internal and external partners.
  • Prepare and review estimates for new and existing restaurant projects.
  • Prepare and place purchase orders and expedite equipment, signage, and decor orders to effectively meet project deadlines for existing and new restaurants.
  • Ensure the timely resolution of deficiency, warranty, and service problems for new and existing restaurants.
  • Timely resolution of credits, claims, and invoicing issues related to each project or order.
  • Maintain key information lists and supplier information.
  • Assist the Equipment Services Manager in other related projects as required.

Requirements:

  • A customer service orientation with previous experience in customer service/hospitality.
  • Bilingual English/French conversational speaker.
  • Familiarity working with collaborative technology software tools such as the Google suite.
  • Organizational ability, adaptability, problem-solving, and administration skills.
  • A post-secondary degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or a related degree.
