Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Unique Employment Solutions is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
  • Recruit and hire staff.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MS Office and other software applications.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
