Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout
  • Support estimate development and lead project planning, design, and execution activities
  • Assemble the project team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify and resolve issues and risks
  • Manage project documentation and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders
  • Make decisions and recommendations within established guidelines and procedures

Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering, or a Diploma in a related technology field. They will also have a minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering, project engineering, or project management, with a strong focus on managing multiple, concurrent projects.


They will have in-depth knowledge of process and mechanical engineering, particularly in areas relevant to EPC work, and solid understanding of mechanical and process engineering principles. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong command of English, both written and verbal.


They will be highly organized, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail capabilities. They will be available for site visits across Canada and the USA, typically 1-2 times per quarter.
