Senior Bookkeeper

As a Senior Bookkeeper at Mactavish & Company, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, preparing tax returns, and preparing trial balance of books.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeYou will have expertise in accounting software, data analysis software, database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, TaxPrep, and MS Office. You will also have knowledge of spreadsheet software and Sage Accounting Software.
Area of SpecializationYour area of specialization will be in accounting, with a focus on financial record-keeping and analysis.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesYou will be able to work independently, with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will also be able to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
