**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Clinical Educator to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a Field Clinical Specialist THV, you will play a critical role in developing clinical education materials and providing expertise on medical devices and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Certify centers, physicians, and staff as per EW SOPs
  • Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and proctors
  • Frequent cross-regional case coverage to build relationships with heart teams and support staff
  • Provide education on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Develop and improve training curriculum and materials based on clinical trial experience and EW guidelines
  • Conduct one-on-one training sessions and in-service education programs for physicians, hospital personnel, and staff
  • Provide follow-up support during commercial procedures to ensure continuity of education and technical support

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 5 years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Training experience in a clinical or technical environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Full knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology
  • Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to company rules and requirements

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience

**Additional Information:** This role requires frequent travel (60% of the time). The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team environment and interact professionally with all organizational levels. A full understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents is also essential.
