About the Role
Aon is seeking a highly organized and innovative Early Careers Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for our internship and launch programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent from universities and other sources
- Assess candidate qualifications and conduct interviews to identify the best fit for our organization
- Communicate regularly with business leaders and HR teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Manage and track candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Provide feedback to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and processes
- Extend job offers and serve as a brand ambassador for Aon
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or campus recruiting
- Bilingual, French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Ability to think strategically and approach problem resolution
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
