Regional Head of People Services INDIA

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Head of People Services to lead and establish our People Services function in India. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and establishment of HR services setup in the region, ensuring adherence to global standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and share insights on the unique HR service needs of the region, collaborating closely with process owners in our Centers of Excellence (CoE) or service teams.
- Ensure the seamless implementation and establishment of HR services setup in the region, driving adherence to global standards and best practices.
- Establish our services team in the region, guiding them to execute all service processes with precision and excellence according to global standards.
- Join forces with the CoE process team to take ownership of designated service processes, participating in regular reviews and improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster integration and consistency in service processes across the region, capitalizing on synergies and streamlining tasks across countries.
- Monitor and control processes through robust KPI tracking, ensuring that targets are not just met, but exceeded, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Proven experience in HR Services delivery or related roles, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence in a multinational environment.
- University degree with business relevance.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from Business Partners to C-level executives on local, regional, and global process matters based on latest research and industry best practices.
- Business fluent in English.
