Job Summary
The Caregiver will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and household support to our clients. This may include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing meals, cleaning, and managing medications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to seniors in a home setting
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
- Clean and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
- Manage medications and administer as needed
- Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and socialization
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A First Aid Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in caregiving or healthcareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing high-quality careWorking Conditions
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional development.
