We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino’s Pizza Athabasca. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality control, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and operational decisions.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Physical Demands: Perform a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, with occasional bending, crouching, and kneeling.
