Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor the casino floor, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere, promoting a positive experience for all guests.
- Report any incidents or concerns to supervisors, ensuring prompt attention to guest needs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing and walking for extended periods.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
Compensation:
The Gaming Worker position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.40, plus gratuities.
