Job Title: Bilingual Customer Booking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Booking Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless booking experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer requests and data via email or calls
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and problems
  • Act as liaison between customer and sales teams
  • Update bookings and notify affected parties of changes
  • Coordinate with terminal operations to ensure efficient and effective handling of shipments
  • Assist clients and transfer to the right department accordingly
Requirements:
  • Based in or around Montreal
  • Forwarding/shipping, transportation experience is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle time-sensitive issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized and able to handle stress and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Office suite and customer-oriented software
  • Sales Force/CRM an asset
  • Bilingual (French & English) an asset
