beBee Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for Project Management Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents to support project management.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
