Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business results and increase BMO's share of the home financing market.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a network of referral sources, including realtors and lawyers, to generate referrals and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop solutions to drive business results.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and referral sources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
