Position Overview

The Corporate Finance Legal Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting legal operations within a corporate finance environment. This position requires a blend of legal knowledge and financial acumen to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and input legal documents and correspondence
  • Review and edit documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and accuracy
