Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Trail Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap foods according to menu specifications.
  • Table Maintenance
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use.
    • Set tables with clean dishes, flatware, and other items.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to their needs.
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless service.
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
