Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

BC LTD is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the food service area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
