Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Create and implement programs that cater to diverse fitness interests and goals, ensuring a engaging and inclusive experience for our members.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of professional coaches and athletes to deliver high-quality services.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our fitness club, ensuring seamless execution of programs and services.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Customer Service: Foster excellent customer relationships by providing exceptional service, responding to member inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a strong team player attitude.
- Commission-based compensation
- Permanent work term
- 30 hours per week
- Work language: English
