Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Quadra Chemicals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and services.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the food industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
