About the Role

Pita Pit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for our staff and management team
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Office Administration
    • Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure the security and safety of our office and staff
    • Comply with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment
    • Perform tasks that require attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Personal Suitability
    • Work effectively in a team environment
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to our staff and clients
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset
