Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Aasman Brand Communications Inc. as a key member of our creative team.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations for various projects
- Adapt existing illustrations to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations
- Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
- Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations
- Work in a multidisciplinary environment with a team of designers and artists
- Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials
- Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials
- Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
- Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
- Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
- Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements
- Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
- Process files and paperwork
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in graphic design
- College/CEGEP education in a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
