About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Aasman Brand Communications Inc. as a key member of our creative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations for various projects
  • Adapt existing illustrations to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
  • Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment with a focus on delivering high-quality visual communications
  • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements
  • Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
  • Process files and paperwork
Requirements
  • No supervision responsibility
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and MAC
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Sitting for extended periods
  • Large workload with multiple projects
