About the Role

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing and optimizing CARFAX products across the web and app platforms. You will analyze and communicate the effectiveness of product launches, site changes, and marketing initiatives, using statistical methods to determine the significance and impact of test variations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and objectives
  • Ensure accurate data collection by setting up tracking mechanisms and validating data integrity through QA
  • Monitor test performance in real-time to ensure experiments are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Analyze test results using statistical methods to determine the significance and impact of the test variations
  • Create reports summarizing findings, highlighting key metrics, and providing actionable insights
  • Develop presentations that translate findings/results in a clear concise manner
  • Analyze and communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, site changes, and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on ideation, creation, development, implementation, analysis, and recommendations for all A/B testing initiatives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for future tests based on data insights and business goals
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience with an A/B Testing platform (Optimizely/Adobe Target) and an Analytics Platform (Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel or statistical software like Python, SQL, R
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with both web and business analysis skills
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods used in A/B testing
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Results-oriented – strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
  • Proven track record for problem-solving and Quality Assurance (QA) for Product and Analytics implementations
  • Ability to use metrics to manage programs and measure success
  • Ability to translate, communicate, and distill metrics into a digestible, actionable marketing framework
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
