Job Title: eCommerce Digital Marketing Associate

About the Role:

Natures Path Foods is seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the DTC Canada and Wholesale business model, including digital sales, newsletter sales, and social shopping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide topline weekly business insights and recurring monthly sales and KPI performance reviews
  • Work with the team to leverage key selling trends and drive quick action to improve results
  • Lead newsletter strategy execution in Klaviyo to meet sales and other established KPIs, including list growth, open rate, etc.
  • Lead on-site sampling strategy, forecasting, execution, and analysis, focusing on driving cost-effective sample to full-size conversion
  • Continuously analyze site performance and customer behavior data in Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify, and other platforms to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven optimizations and enhancements
  • Take the lead in website content and recommend additional enhancements to improve data available for future learnings as well as customer experience
  • Maintain visibility of SEO reports and align with actions to resolve errors

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably with a Marketing or Business background
  • Clear expertise understanding of the key tenets of eCommerce and digital merchandising
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to lead a scaled business, including financial foresight with areas like profit and revenue drivers
  • Record of delivering e-Com growth, including 3-5 years of e-Com experience
  • Proficient understanding of Shopify e-commerce
  • Experience with CPG brands
  • Experience leading campaigns and new initiatives on Shopify
  • Working collaboratively to support new product launch campaigns on digital platforms
  • Experience with 3rd party apps, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Google Analytics, GA4, HotJar, Asana, and Salsify
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-department teams to educate, influence, and successfully launch digital and omni-channel programs
  • Strong skills in strategy and planning, merchandising, and digital marketing
  • Ability to translate internal vision to the online channel and execute strategies that lead the company consistently towards that vision
  • Must have a customer-centric perspective, passion for owning and driving a business end-to-end, willingness to innovate in response to market conditions and trends, and not be afraid to take risk

What We Offer:

Natures Path Foods offers a one-year contract opportunity, remote within Canada, with a salary between $87,600 - $116,800. We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
