Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Describe menu items including daily specials to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each dish.
  • Make recommendations to customers on menu selections, wine pairings, and other beverage options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that all orders are received and prepared correctly.
Requirements
  • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu items, wine, and other beverages.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
