Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Crest Hotel. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present menus to customers and make recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ingredients.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
