Server - Food and Beverage Service Associate

At Crest Hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server - Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Advise customers on wine selection and provide information on food pairings.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Degree, certificate, or diploma is not required for this position, but experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings is essential.
Working Conditions
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English is the primary language of communication
