Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at KGPS Logistics Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports, invoices, and other documents.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train other office staff, ensuring they are meeting their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in a convenient location, with free parking available. We offer a permanent work term with 35 to 40 hours per week.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our office.
