Join Our Salon Team as a Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Regis Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling guest inquiries.
  • Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including distributing flyers and promoting special offers.
  • Collaborate with the salon team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
