Job Overview

This is a 42-44 hour full-time position in a growing, multicultural, multigenerational Pentecostal church located in Edmonton, Alberta.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Church Administrative Assistant is a pivotal role responsible for managing various administrative functions to ensure efficient operation and communication within the church community. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing office operations, including coordinating events, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.
  2. Developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service to church members, staff, and visitors.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is highly organized with strong communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a church or non-profit setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
