Church Operations Coordinator

This is a 42-44 hour full-time position in a growing, multicultural, multigenerational Pentecostal church located in Edmonton, Alberta.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
ResponsibilitiesThe Church Administrative Assistant is a pivotal role responsible for managing various administrative functions to ensure efficient operation and communication within the church community. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing office operations, including coordinating events, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.
- Developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Providing exceptional customer service to church members, staff, and visitors.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is highly organized with strong communication skills.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a church or non-profit setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
