As Church Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing various administrative functions to ensure efficient operation and communication within the church community.Job Overview
The Church Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing day-to-day church operations, ensuring seamless communication among staff, volunteers, and congregation members. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills.About PAOC

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Your total compensation package includes benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous vacation policy.Key Responsibilities
• Manage administrative tasks and projects to ensure timely completion• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage congregation members and staff• Collaborate with the pastoral team to plan and coordinate church events and activities• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and members• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and securityRequirements
• 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamBenefits
