Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at DIDDEN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a finance and insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of electronic mail and other computerized information systems.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
