Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Briesam Corporation. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial data.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support to our HR team, including coordinating employee onboarding, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
