Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ruscana Intertrade Inc.. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain effective office procedures and workflows.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Communication: Handle telephone calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Electronic Correspondence: Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Visitor Engagement: Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Document Preparation: Type, format, and proofread various documents to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office applications, with a focus on enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Specialized Knowledge
  • Documentation: Experience with reports, records, contracts, and invoices.
Work Environment

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization.
