Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of Customer Success Managers and drive business growth through strategic account management.
About the Role:
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. This includes developing and executing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve high performance standards
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their business objectives
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, IT, or customer success
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
- Technical expertise in IT and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers
