Assistant Manager Job Description

At Circle K, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing store operations, assisting the Store Manager, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Help with paperwork, bank deposits, and merchandising to maintain high standards.
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to convey plans and ideas.
  • Cash-handling and bookkeeping skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
  • Ability to advocate and empathize with customers.
  • Driver's license required.
