Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager with store operations and customer service
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Participate in store promotions and events
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
